Trevor Zoo at Millbrook School

Trevor Zoo is the only zoo in this country that is located at a high school. The zoo was established by one of Millbrook's first biology teachers, Frank Trevor, in 1936. Trevor had a passion for sharing his love of wildlife with all people, especially children. The zoo has more than 180 exotic and indigenous animals, 80 different species, 7 endangered species, 6 acres of facilities and a veterinary clinic. It is also one of 216 zoos in the U.S. accredited by the AZA (Associations of Zoos and Aquariums).
